Confirmation of booking to be received by email with contact name and email address.

Bookings & future bookings must only be made through Walker Utopia and not directly with the model after introduction.

We add VAT @ 20% to all invoices.

Late Payments charged @ 8%

Our terms of payment on invoices are 30 days net. We reserve the right to charge statutory interest on late payment of invoices after this period 8% above base rate.

The booking fee is chargeable by the hour (3 hours minimum) or on a day or half day rate (4 or 8 hours) as agreed on booking. Any part hour is chargeable at an hourly rate.

Hourly rates may increase if booking falls out of normal working hours (9am – 6pm ) Plus Bank Holidays & Weekends.

Travel time may sometimes be applicable, plus Travel Expenses. Please discuss at time of booking.

Hourly Rates for work other than fittings will be charged at a separate rate. Please ensure you are clear at the time of enquiry and subsequent booking. I.e. Fittings, Presentations, Shows, Photographic.

If you require the model to bring specific items/clothes/accessories, please state at time of booking.

If a model is making an overnight stay on your company’s behalf, all accommodation & per diems on a daily rate must be paid.

Cancellation of a booking must be made by e-mail at least 48 hours before the start of the booking (excluding weekends and public Holidays). If a booking is cancelled within three working days of the starting time, the full fee will be charged unless the same model is re-booked within 24 hours in which case half the fee will be charged.
