Terms and Conditions

Confirmation of booking must be received by E-mail with contact name & number.

Bookings & future bookings must only be made through Walker Utopia and not directly with the model after introduction.

We add VAT @ 15% to all invoices.

Our terms of payment on invoices are 30 days net. We reserve the right to charge statutory interest on late payment of invoices after this period 8% above base rate.

The booking fee is chargeable by the hour (2 hours minimum) or on a day or half day rate (4 or 8 hours) as agreed on booking. Any part hour is chargeable at an hourly rate. Promotional work is a minimum 8 hour day.

Hourly rates may increase if booking falls out of normal working hours (9am ­ 6pm ) Plus Bank Holidays & Weekends.

Travel time may sometimes be applicable, plus Travel Expenses. Please discuss at time of booking.

Hourly Rates for work other than fittings will be charged at a separate rate. Please ensure you are clear at the time of enquiry and subsequent booking. I.e. Fittings, Presentations, Shows, Photographic.

If you require the model to bring specific items/clothes/accessories, please state at time of booking.

If a model is making an overnight stay on your company?s behalf, all accommodation & per diems on a daily rate must be paid.

Cancellation of a booking needs to be made by phone at least 24 hours prior to the start of booking (excluding weekends & public Holidays,)
